Track two — Lead Networks
We already built the site, ranked it, and it's producing calls. You just take them.
Booked owns a network of local service websites. We build them, we rank them, we pay to keep them running — and we rent the lead flow from each one exclusively to a single business per trade, per territory.
What a Lead Network is
A Lead Network is a local service website that Booked owns and ranks — for a trade like septic pumping, excavation or water treatment in a defined geographic area. The business renting it receives every enquiry that site generates, exclusively, without building or maintaining anything.
It is the same work as a Growth Program, done in advance, on our money, at our risk. The site is already indexed, already carries the schema and answer content that gets it cited, already has history with Google. That's why the lead can arrive in week one instead of month four.
It is also our proof. We don't ask you to trust a case study about someone else's business. We run this exact playbook on properties we own, where being wrong costs us directly — and what we learn there is what goes into every Growth Program.
How it works
Four steps and you're on it
We check the map
You tell us your trade and the towns you'll actually drive to. We tell you whether a property already covers it, whether the current renter's term is ending, or whether building one is worth it. Sometimes the answer is no — the market's too thin or someone already holds it.
You see what it's producing
Before you commit: the property's current enquiry volume, what the enquiries look like, and their seasonality. Local trades swing hard by season and you should see that curve before signing anything, not after.
Exclusivity is locked
One business per trade, per territory. Your leads are not simultaneously sold to three competitors — which is precisely what the big lead marketplaces do, and why those leads convert so badly.
Leads route to you, instantly
Straight to your phone and inbox the moment they submit, with the detail already captured. If you want it, we'll put an AI responder in front so every enquiry gets answered in seconds rather than whenever someone gets to the inbox — the single highest-leverage fix in local lead generation.
Why speed is the whole game
A lead you answer in five minutes is a different asset than the same lead an hour later.

About Lead Networks
How is this different from Angi, Thumbtack or HomeAdvisor?
Those marketplaces sell the same lead to several contractors at once, so you're paying to enter a race you often lose. A Booked Lead Network is exclusive — one business per trade, per territory — and the enquiry comes from a website about your service in your area, not from a national directory the customer will never remember.
Are the leads shared or resold?
Never. Exclusivity is the product. If you rent a property, every enquiry it generates goes to you and only you for as long as you hold it.
What happens if I stop?
You stop. It's month to month and the site stays ours — that's the trade-off against a Growth Program. You get speed and no build risk; you don't get an asset you own. If owning it matters more, we'll point you at the other track.
Do you have a property in my area?
Maybe. Coverage is concentrated in specific trades and regions, and we'd rather tell you no than sign you onto something thin. Send your trade and service area and you'll get a straight answer, including whether building one for your market is worth doing.
Can I do both tracks?
Yes, and it's often the smartest sequence. Rent a network property for cash flow now, while a Growth Program builds the asset you own underneath it. Then drop the rental once your own site carries the volume.

Tell us the bottleneck. We'll tell you what we'd do.
Every engagement starts the same way: a 20-minute call, then a written read on where your customers are actually looking for you and what it would take to be the answer they find.
You'll get a straight recommendation — including "you don't need us for this," when that's the honest answer. If a Lead Network already covers your trade and territory, we'll say so, because that's the faster route and you'd rather know.
